this is my last year with this company.
I have been buying things there for years, I have left a lot of money there. But this year it's over and I'm saying goodbye to this company. Things that used to be of better quality now look like garbage after a few washes. Expensive and quality from a cheap bazaar. Last year I bought silk pants for vacation, which fell apart like paper after one night. To throw away. That much money for the garbage can. I also had a problem with the online return because they changed the prices and, surprisingly, in my order, I also received it. It turned out that I had to pay more. Service is I don't know if people or bots, because they don't understand anything and they answer off topic. Or on purpose, I don't know ... Yesterday I returned the order in full after the last bad experience and what? they returned 7 items out of 8 and now I have to pay for this one !! Now I should order 10 items in separate packages because in the event of a return, I cannot make a mistake. The service and quality company is like a dinosaur. These 15 years with them this year I decided to say goodbye forever. I prefer when shopping is a joy and not a frustration. There are so many companies now that I have a lot to choose from. I am disgusted and disappointed with the attitude, approach and quality. And with silk pants, I can only wash the floor. Embarrassment.Magda

Ordered an item and the tracking system seems to not be accurate. Is been a week in shipped status or so on.
and when you try to send a customer service message system give you an error. I wish I been reading the reviews first.
Very bad quality of silk
I am disappointed to see the reviews after shopping. The silk pants tore at the thread after a week, even though the pants were the right size.

I have bought 3 pairs of the silk…
I have bought 3 pairs of the silk shorts and 3 of the shirts. The shirts are lovely and good quality. However all of the £50 shorts ripped at the seams, loose fitting so am very disappointed. For £50 a pair you would expect them to last a very long time! Intimissimi refunded me straight the way this is excellent customer services.

Awful quality
My friend presented me silk shorts, the size fits perfectly, however after few days of wearing silk shorts I noticed that the seam on one side got ripped, the fitting was very loose, so I don’t understand how it could happen. After examining all the seams I discovered that all of them were looking quite flimsy

I was traveling through Zürich airport…
I was traveling through Zürich airport and bought a pair of black long slip silk pajamas on Tuesday, flew back to Copenhagen and wore them at home and before I had even a chance to wash them the long pants ripped at the seam. Absolutely the very first time I wore them. They were also expensive so I cannot understand for the life of me how this is possible. I feel so angry and so sad at the same time - I have not bought something nice for myself in a long time. I will read reviews before wasting money again.
Utter rubbish - avoid!
Item was a cheap piece of tat. Still awaiting refund a month later. Avoid. Wished I’d read these reviews first.
Edit: I have now received my refund, albeit five weeks after the return. So some credit to customer services for eventually sorting it out.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Emailed multiple times and called help desk chasing up on the delivery of an online purchase for one month. There is still no progress and under investigation. Courier already advised the delivery address was erroneous but there is still no action from Intimissi to rectify the delivery info. So helpless, money paid but package not received for one month!

Terrible. Intimissimi lied both on site and ten customer support. It’s been more than a month and we are still waiting for the reimbursement.
It was necessarily the ATM receipt, absolut nonsense, and we were never given that. They said within 2 weeks we would have the money, after 4 weeks nothing

Thin silk is ripping
I bought a few silk items from them recently.
The silk night shirt (Mannish-cut jacket) I got was £100 and after wearing it twice, the arms are starting to damage the silk as it is stretching. It looks awful, like its ripped. I'm usually a XS (34in chest) and I bought these in a Small. Very thin silk and patterns that are not cut in flattering ways to the body - too straight and narrow in the arms. Runs 2 sizes small.

I ordered from them on 1st March and chased them for delivery. They then confirmed the parcel has been lost and that I should place another order. I did so in good faith and the parcel arrived safely. BUT, I am still awaiting a refund (£216!) and the customer service team have done nothing to resolve this. Incredibly poor service - I will not be buying from intimissimi again!
UPDATE - I eventually got my money back by emailing the customer service dept of intimissimi and, their parent company Calzedonia, direct. Will never shop there again!

Company won’t refund!
I have been attempting to contact the company weekly by phone for a refund that is due to me. I have returned my merchandise and I’ve been expecting a refund for over month. They keep stating it’s an issue with Visa cards. I find this unacceptable for a company that is doing business internationally . This is poor business practice. They keep promising me a refund but it never comes through. Beware!
